Full Auto Developers Respond to Reviews
Next Generation has had some pretty good ideas lately. Their latest is to have the developer of a game sit down and respond to the good, the bad, and the questioning ("why didn't this game have x?") comments made in various game reviews. First for the feature is Full Auto, which has received mostly middling reviews (Gamerankings average: 71%) so far.
What some may find somewhat distressing is that Psuedo Interactive's responses are mainly of the "yeah that wasn't great but we'll fix it in the sequel" variety. To a point this feeling is understandable, especially when you're under a time limit and working on a game early in a system's lifespan and all the kinks aren't ironed out yet. But on the other hand, as a gamer, you can't help but want to say "I don't care if your next game is good, I wanted the game I spent $60 on to be good."
