Tennessee Senator Proposes Total Ban on Violent Games

All that back and forth on to when and where and to whom you can sell violent games. Who needs it, that's what I say. Luckily, Tennessee senator (democrat, no less) Tommy Kilby agrees, and has proposed a bill that would make it a crime to sell or rent "extremely violent" video games to anyone, of any age.

Kilby himself admits the bill will need to be ammended to outline enforcement. That may imply an age limit will later be ammended in, but I don't get why he couldn't have written it in to begin with. Is Tommy Kilby so busy that he can't find time to type the extra eight characters of "under 18" after "anyone"? How do these people get into office?
