Microsoft has opened up Windows Vista to public beta testing, so if you're the kind of nerd who can't wait to experience a new operating system... go outside.
- Ninety-Nine Nights slated for an August release date. Remember that old page on Xbox.com that said June 8th? Yeah, apparently that was wrong.
- Majesco reports a mild profit after limping back to the world of budget and handheld titles.
- Uwe Boll sues Bloodrayne distributor for not giving his awful movie enough support.
- Footage of Pokemon Battle Revolution appears, but I'm not sure if it's in-game or not.
- It's now a felony in the state of Washington to play poker over the Internet.

Poker over the net: I'd like to see them police it. What can they do, subpoena the sites IP logs and trawl through for ones that *might* be in Washington?
Pokemon: I think it *might* be for real, because of the life bars, but it seems a tad too cinematic to be an actual game. I think I'll sit on the fence for this one.
