With the exception of Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2 on the Xbox 360, absolutely nothing of merit is coming out this week. There's an RTS called For Liberty! if you're in a festive mood for the holiday (it has zero previews at Game Rankings, so you know it's a big deal), and there's also Big Oil: Build An Oil Empire. It might not be the best game to release during a time in which people are spending $3.50 a gallon to drive to and from protests against a war they believe is for oil.
