Industry and multi-console news:
- Kotaku has some new Stuntman: Ignition screenshots.
- CNet names the five best controllers of all time.
- The mobile Lost game can now be purchased from the iTunes Games store.
PC news:
- Square Enix has begun a beta test for Game Town, a service for participants in the Square Enix Members program. The site promises free games, but given that the first three are Flash-based minigames involving chocobos, don't get your hopes too high.
- Former players have once again made allegations that CCP rigs EVE Online to favor specific alliances and players.
- Game Videos has two Crysis DX9 vs DX10 comparison videos.
- Blizzard is taking pre-orders on a Tychus Findlay Limited Edition Statue. 18 inches tall, 17 pounds and $250.
- Amazon has Rome: Total War Gold Edition marked down to $27.82.
- And Vampire: Bloodlines is $19.99.
Nintendo news:
- Hudson has named more TurboGrafx-16 games on the way to the Virtual Console.
- Actraiser has been rated by the ESRB for the Virtual Console.
- IGN has video demonstrating the DS/Wii connectivity in My Word Coach.
- Perrin Kaplan confirms that Nintendo is licensing Nintendo Power out to a third party.
- Nintendo is reportedly snipping pins off the surface-mounted IC on the Wii's motherboard in Japan to make the system unmoddable.
Sony news:
- Liberty City Stories is finally winding its way over to Japan, two years after the American release.
- The R-Type Tactics website has gone live.
Microsoft news:
- ESRB updates hint at Tempest and Fatal Fury Special coming to Live Arcade, as well as Streets of Rage 2.
- Tenchu Z has gone gold and will be hitting shelves June 12.
- People who may be reading too much into things note a Halo 3 beta medal that mentions "aircraft" instead of just saying "Banshee," suggesting that the final game may contain more than one type of flying vehicle.

If you have yet to purchase Bloodlines, now's your chance. If the game came pre-installed on Windows XP I'd still argue that not enough people have played it. And, as far as I know, it's the only game in existence that lets you get into an argument with a stop sign and then convince a man that he is a grizzly bear. If that's not worth $20 to you, then I suggest you re-evaluate your priorities.
