- For the series' 30th anniversary, Firing Squad names the ten best Star Wars games.
- Foundation 9 co-founder Andrew Ayre will be leaving the company to spin off his own studio called Other Ocean Interactive.
- IDG is working with Penny Arcade to try to resolve a scheduling conflict between the E for All Expo and the Penny Arcade Expo.
- Racketboy points out a detailed comparison of the various ports of Virtua Racing.
- A Russian artist created this giant poster filled with video game characters. It's one of those where you challenge yourself to see how many of them you can recognize.
- A new rumor says Overlord is being rushed out the door to make financial targets.
- A Czech organization is designing a video game that illustrates how difficult it is to leave the ghetto. "One should get a sense of what it's like to live in constant uncertainty, and a sense that these problems are intertwined and difficult to sort out."
- A Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga trailer has been released.
- New Ninja Gaiden speed runs have been posted that break old records. "I wasn't particularly fond of this game when I started running it, and I'm even less fond of it now."

- Blizzard has announced they're suing a spamming gold seller called Peons4hire.

Nintendo news:

- Konami and Atari are supporting the creation of a MGS: Portable Ops Online League.
- The most recent Tekken 6 scans reveal a new character, Miguel the matador.
- Amazon has F.E.A.R. on the PS3 marked down to $49.99.

- Another Eternal Sonata trailer has been released.

You see, I thought the comment about Miguel the matador was sarcasm. It's not.
And what's worse, he's probably just a reskin of Baek.

Metal Gear Portable Ops' online was totally fucked over once people realized they could just use storyline characters all the time, because storyline characters can't be "lost" or "won" in online mode like regular characters can, just temporarily removed from the action.
If they can regulate that then it might be okay.
