The Error Macro Video Gallery - Tommy Lee Jones Is Moe

I neglected doing a video gallery, and for that matter a Sunday newspost, so I could finish up Assassin's Creed over the weekend. But I would certainly never leave you completely in the dark, so here is a handful of videos to ease you into the week, starting with one that isn't actually gaming related. But how could I leave this out:

Tommy Lee Jones has been doing a series of commercials in Japan for Boss coffee in which he plays an alien learning about life on Earth. Naturally, his research would not be complete without being spoonfed by a Japanese maid.

Mario 64 beaten in six minutes, but more importantly, with zero stars. This run is tool-assisted with slowdown and save states, but the trick making Mario blast across the castle is a genuine glitch and not a hack.

While we're doing things quickly, here's video of someone completing the Call of Duty 4 training course in 13.1 seconds, with a breakdown on how to do it.

Despite the fact that he's not actually hitting any of the arrows (and from what I can tell he's probably green screened in anyway), I'm guess this is Ronald McDonald teaching you how to dance to the odd McDonalds theme remix they've got playing. He's probably not being paid enough to put any real energy into this.

This parody of the Fox News Mass Effect debacle is a little rough around the edges, but still manages to be amusing.

Nothing can truly prepare you for The Zoo Race, a game in which a woman makes fun of a man for believing in the story of Noah's Ark, then dreams that they all turn into animals and start racing each other in the post-flood world. And God announces it. That'll show her!

And finally we have a full episode, commercials included, of The Zone, an Australian video game TV show from 1994. This first segment contains reviews for Super Empire Strikes Back on the SNES and Dune II on the Mega Drive, as well as some weird Reboot-esque Sega ad in which they don't even pronounce Sega correctly.

After being reminded that Hey Hey It's Saturday is on tonight at 6:30, we come into a head-to-head comparison of the various basketball games on the market, followed by cheats for Skitchin' and reviews of Virtua Fighter and Ren and Stimpy, separeted by a plug for a Mortal Kombat phone tip line (ha!).

Australians get American-voiced and -acted Puppy Surprise commercials? What a gyp. Anyway, this segment contains reviews of TMNT Tournament Fighters and Comanche Maximum Overkill, as well as Larry Emdur's winning smile.

After that same Sega commercial again and a bizarrely sexualized ad for butter, the show finishes off with cheats for Ren and Stimpy Veediots, a recap of the previous week's show, and an explanation of terminology: When a PC game gets ported to a console, you say it gets "dumped"! Won't you sound smart now!

most of the reviewers on that show were or went on to become the best reviewers in hyper, which (although it's gone way downhill in the last year or two) is one of the better gaming magazines around

it will always be "see-ga" to me ;_;
